Official blank application form (same fields as the online form). Registration fee: D250.00 (non-refundable).

If you send it back by email or hand it in, the College will enter your details into the system and give you a reference number.

Apply online using the form, or download and complete the paper form.
You will receive an application reference number (online) or the College will give you one.
Admission decisions are communicated by the College; admitted applicants receive an admission number.
Pay the 50% tuition fee at registration as stated in the undertaking.
